TERMS & CONDITIONS (AGB)
Kristina Ziegler – 360° Well-Being & Health, Vitznau (Switzerland)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by Kristina Ziegler – 360° Well-Being & Health, including massage treatments, personal training, beauty treatments, courses, workshops, retreats, corporate events, and guided Swiss Guide experiences.
By booking or using any service, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
The offered services include wellness and massage treatments, fitness and personal training, group and corporate events, beauty treatments, and guided leisure and nature experiences.
All treatments and training sessions are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care.
In case of health issues, it is the client’s responsibility to seek medical advice beforehand.
3. Booking and Contract Conclusion
A booking can be made in writing (e-mail, contact form, WhatsApp) or verbally and becomes binding upon confirmation.
With the booking confirmation, a contract between the client and Kristina Ziegler is established.
Registrations for courses, events, or tours are personal and non-transferable.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in CHF unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made in cash, via Twint, credit card, or invoice by arrangement.
For multi-day or exclusive offers, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.
Invoices must be paid within 10 days unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change; the rates published on the website at the time of booking apply.
5. Cancellations and Rebookings
Individual Treatments / Personal Training: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, the full amount will be charged.
Group, Corporate, or Event Bookings: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event; after that, 50%; within 48 hours, 100% of the agreed fee.
Swiss Guide Experiences or Day Tours: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event; after that, 100%, unless there is a valid reason (e.g. illness with medical certificate).
Rebookings are possible free of charge if a new date is available.
6. No-Show / Delay
In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount is due.
Delays by the client reduce the session or experience time without any price reduction.
7. Health and Liability
Participation in all activities is at the client’s own risk.
Kristina Ziegler is not liable for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or health issues resulting from personal fault, incomplete information, or improper use.
No liability is assumed for valuables or personal belongings.
Liability for force majeure, technical failures, or unforeseen events is excluded.
For services provided by external partners (e.g. chauffeur, boat, railway, or hotel services), Kristina Ziegler assumes no liability; the respective provider’s terms apply.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are transferable and valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
Cash redemption is excluded.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws (revDSG / GDPR).
The current Privacy Policy applies.
10. Changes to Services
Kristina Ziegler reserves the right to postpone appointments or replace services with equivalent ones for organizational reasons (e.g. illness, weather conditions, force majeure).
In such cases, the client will be informed in advance.
11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
For international clients, Swiss law also applies.
